Twitter changes profile design

Twitter recently upgraded its profile view for its users. The new design bares a strong resemblance to that of Facebook and gives users a lot more tools to customize their accounts. Users can now add even larger profile pictures as well as customise their headers.

New Twitter look

Users can now pin one of their favourite tweet at the top of their profile that shows who they are, and can also now also show how many tweets you have favourited. Also, your best most popular tweets will show with slightly larger font.

The new Twitter design shows how Facebook and Twitter are starting to look more alike in terms of their look and features. Twitter, which is still far from having as much active users as Facebook could be trying to catch up to Facebook with its new design.
